JV P&C Solutions Inc. was founded in August 2019 and is owned by Jakov Vico P.Eng.
Jakov Vico P.Eng. received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from; the University of Belgrade, Serbia. He joined YUGEL (Yugoslavian Power Utility) at Hydro Power Stations on Trebisnjica River in 1987 as a maintenance engineer. In 1992 he moved to Republic of South Africa and joined ABB as a protection and control project and commissioning engineer for medium voltage switchgear and generator protection. He was transferred to ABB Canada and worked there as a protection applications engineer until he joined GE Multilin as an application engineer in 2002 and was promoted to a senior protection engineer and lead protection engineer. He joined SEL Engineering Services as a senior engineer and Toronto branch manager in 2013.
Presently he is principal engineer / owner for JV P&C Solutions Inc.
He is an active Senior Member of IEEE.
Jakov is registered professional engineer in the following provinces:
